At Golden Beach Remedial Massage & chiropractic our therapist is credentialed with a Diploma in Remedial Massage, giving you the opportunity to utilise your health insurance benefit for massage (HICAPS). When you arrive at Golden Beach Remedial Massage you will be given a brief one-page entrance form (online form available) to help our massage therapist /Chiropractor target your areas of concern. Each massage/Chiropractic treatment is performed using professional draping techniques, so you feel comfortable lying on the table and are never exposed, being relaxed in a safe space further enhances the therapeutic benefits of Remedial Massage.

Chiropractic Services
Dr Bolton is a third-generation Chiropractor. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, in Davenport Iowa (USA) in 1991. Dr. Bolton completed a Masters in Diagnostic Radiology from the University of Sydney, in 2016. He also has a science degree in Physiology from the University of New England (1986). Dr Bolton has a wealth of experience seeing patients. Rest assured he will take the time to listen to your concerns and explain his findings. As a chiropractor for 32 years, Dr Bolton has a wealth of experience to draw on.
Soft Tissue Work
Dr. Bolton has a variety of different techniques (methods) that he can use tailored to your case. Soft tissue techniques, Mobilization, low force techniques, instrument adjusting (Activator), some table drop work, and of course traditional manual Chiropractic Adjustments.
Mobilization of Joints
On your first visit, Dr Bolton will take a thorough case history to make sure you are in the right place. X-rays will only be required if clinically indicated. If Chiropractic is not appropriate Dr Bolton will refer you to another type of doctor to make sure you get the care you need.
Chiropractic Adjustment
On your second visit, Dr Bolton will give you his report of findings. He will review the first visit and discuss your options moving forward. You can expect answers to the following questions. What's wrong? Is it a chiropractic problem and how long will it take? Dr Bolton believes choosing Chiropractic is always up to you.
